STEVE LIFSHEY has worked in New York’s post-production industry at such places as Discovery, AMC, Showtime, Food Network, Comedy Central, Nickelodeon, A&E, truTV, Broadway Video, Atlas Media and various post-production facilities.
Currently working on both Avid and Premiere, Steve has edited promos, “previously-ons,” sizzle reels, trailers and longform work for a large variety of programming, including “The Walking Dead,” “Breaking Bad,” “Mad Men,” “Diners, Drive-ins and Dives,” “Beat Bobby Flay,” “Chopped,” “The Daily Show” and many others.
Steve also writes and directs. His short film “Life on Pause” (about a 1980s wedding videographer who’s still infatuated with his college-crush) is currently on the festival circuit - with a full-length version in the works. His feature-lengh script “Night Sessions” is based on his experience in the post-production industry.
